Kimberleigh Weiss-Lewit
Hi, I’m Kim, and I am looking forward to connecting with you.
I offer therapy to new parents and other adults navigating life transitions and challenges. While my training and experience are rooted in perinatal mental health, anxiety disorders, and trauma-informed care, our work together is always centered on you—you are the expert on your life, values, and needs. I offer a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where you can feel seen, heard, and deeply supported.
I work with individuals and couples and bring over 18 years of experience supporting people through pregnancy, postpartum, and other major life shifts as a doula, lactation consultant, and yoga teacher.
My approach is person-centered, holistic, and relational, integrating mind-body awareness and cognitive behavioral tools. Together, we move at your pace and focus on what feels most supportive and meaningful to you.
I hold a Master’s degree in Applied Psychology/Drama Therapy from New York University and am certified in Perinatal Mental Health through Postpartum Support International. I am currently pursuing a doctorate in Health Sciences with a concentration in Mental Health at Bay Path University.
I practice under supervision from Nicole Grubman and am in-network with most insurance plans. I offer in-person sessions in Manchester, Vermont, and telehealth for clients throughout Vermont.
