Erin Mackenzie, MSW
I work with people to co-create a vision for transformation that is deeply meaningful and personally motivating. At heart, my practice is about accompanying you to rediscover a more grounded and embodied sense of connection and belonging with yourself, others, and the environment. Through deep listening and understanding, I will gently support you to explore new and more liberating ways of thinking and relating with vulnerability and courage.
I tremendously value the power of the therapeutic relationship and the delicate nature of a critically reflective thought partnership, and as your therapist, I will always hold an emotionally safe and non-judgmental space built on trust and respect. I practice with a trauma-informed Person-Centered, Strengths-Based, Restorative, Relational, Somatic, and Narrative framework with a commitment to social justice. Although, I’m most interested in discovering together what resonates best with your lived experience and personal journey.
As an eternally curious thinker and explorer, I’m deeply inspired by the poetic and mysterious nature of our interdependent world. I received my Masters Degree in Transformative Social Work from the University of Vermont, and I also have a background in multi-media design and art direction.
