Damini Fulmer, MSW

My name is Damini Fulmer, and I am an MSW intern from Simmons University. Within my MSW degree, I am also working towards a certificate in mental health practice. I am currently supervised by Denise Daly, one of the co-founders of Hinesburg Counseling Collaborative (HCC). I have also had the pleasure of learning alongside the skilled professionals here at HCC.

My goal is to help guide and support you along your path of exploration, healing, and self-determination. I offer support through facilitating a non-judgmental environment where we can navigate your distinct experiences. I believe that you are the expert of you, and that I am here guide and listen. Together we will work to create a path into a hopeful future through goal setting and integration of coping skills. I value compassion, self-care, and nourishing the mind, body, and soul connection.

Through my work, I draw upon the values of HCC and use modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused approach, Motivational interviewing, and mindfulness. I received my BA degree in Psychology and my previous work experience included trauma-informed work, crisis intervention, and integration of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).

I have lived in Maine and Vermont, primarily, my whole life. I am inspired by creativity and the human mind. In my free time I enjoy photography, listening to podcasts, walking my dog, skiing in the winter, and reading in the summer sun.

I am currently accepting Medicaid and BlueCross BlueShield Clients. I look forward to connecting. For further information please contact me at daminihcc@gmail.com.
