Penelope Potter (she/her)
Hello, I am a master’s level intern working under the supervision of Nicole Grubman. My life experience in the corporate world, raising a family, hospice volunteering and mindfulness, yoga, breathwork, and reiki trainings led me to counseling.
Using a person-centered and trauma informed approach, I encourage personal expression and choice as we collaborate and focus on your goals. My practice prioritizes creating a safe space based on mutual respect and non-judgement that serves as a foundation for exploring your inner world and the infinite possibilities that can lead to living your best life.
My professional interests include life transitions, grief, loss, relational stress and ADHD. I like to incorporate mindfulness, somatics and the expressive arts. In my spare time, I enjoy having my hands in clay making pots, being in nature, hiking, yoga and gardening.
